Regional Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Lead significant and intricate business opportunities within enterprise clients.

• Enhance established client relationships within enterprise accounts.

• Establish CrowdStrike as the preferred supplier within designated accounts.

• Manage the sales cycle to achieve and surpass personal sales targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create successful sales proposals.

• Develop a robust sales pipeline through individual efforts and leveraging internal resources.

• Discover new business opportunities and cultivate, develop, and sustain executive-level relationships.

• Engage within client organizations and sway C-level decision makers.

• Represent CrowdStrike as an ambassador within specific client accounts.

• Clearly articulate and promote CrowdStrike’s value proposition and services.

• Prepare comprehensive account development strategies, engagement plans, and objectives.

• Lead virtual teams to drive and finalize opportunities.

• Take charge of opportunities and accurately project business goals and outcomes.

• Demonstrated successful history in a comparable role selling high-tech products to large enterprises.

• Capability to network across various levels within an account up to C-level.

• Experience in selling technically sophisticated solutions.

• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

• Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling value propositions.

• Skill in identifying and influencing key decision makers.

• Ability to thrive in a quota-driven sales environment.

• Native fluency and business-level proficiency in Croatian and English.

• Strong existing contacts in the security sector are encouraged.
