This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Establish and nurture robust, enduring relationships with both prospective and current clients.
• Comprehend the business requirements and goals of customers to provide customized solutions.
• Create and implement a regional business strategy aimed at surpassing sales objectives.
• Actively seek out and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region.
• Arrange and carry out site visits, technical product demonstrations, presentations, and educational events.
• Advocate for Axis solutions to integrators, distributors, consultants, and end-users.
• Collaborate closely with Technology Partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Engage in tradeshows, seminars, Axis Academies, webinars, and various promotional sales initiatives.
• Remain informed about industry trends and share relevant insights internally.
• Compile sales reports outlining new and ongoing projects.
• Utilize CRM systems to provide precise forecasts and reports on activities and pipelines.
• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.
• Demonstrated history of surpassing sales targets.
• Strong skills in sales and negotiation.
• Exceptional public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining strategic relationships at all organizational levels.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Resourceful and adaptable to evolving market conditions and customer demands.
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
• Previous experience in technology, security, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong technical knowledge with experience in cameras and computer networks is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40–50% of the time.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 20–25 lbs.
• The successful candidate should reside in Kitchener-Waterloo or nearby areas.
