This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
β’ Create and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at enhancing revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and increasing market share.
β’ Identify, prioritize, and pursue business opportunities within large commercial and industrial construction projects.
β’ Develop and sustain a robust pipeline for new business initiatives and account expansion.
β’ Generate leads through various methods including prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, market intelligence, and customer relationships.
β’ Identify and engage with key stakeholders across project teams and executive organizations.
β’ Schedule and conduct meetings with customers, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
β’ Lead complex opportunities from the initial discovery phase through proposal development, contract negotiation, closing, implementation, and ongoing account growth.
β’ Clearly articulate business value and return on investment to operational and executive decision-makers.
β’ Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM data utilizing Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and BuildCentral.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with general contractors, project executives, operations leaders, procurement teams, safety professionals, and site personnel.
β’ Foster executive-level partnerships that support long-term account growth and retention.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Excellence, Operations, and Leadership teams to achieve customer outcomes.
β’ Collect and communicate competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends.
β’ Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Represent Biosite at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
β’ Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives while driving customer retention and long-term account growth.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
β’ Proven track record in developing new business and managing customer relationships within a designated territory.
β’ Experience overseeing a complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
β’ Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
β’ Proficient in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
β’ Skilled with sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo and BuildCentral.
β’ Possession of a valid driver's license.
β’ Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
β’ Candidates must either reside within or be open to relocating to the assigned territory.
β’ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be taken into account.
β’ Preferred: Experience selling within the construction industry, commercial construction ecosystem, or related markets that serve construction clients.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with construction technology, SaaS, workforce management, access control, security solutions, or similar technology platforms.
β’ Preferred: Experience working with equipment rental organizations.
β’ Preferred: Experience in presenting software solutions and conveying complex value propositions to executive-level audiences.
