This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
β’ Develop and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at enhancing revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and penetrating the market.
β’ Identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities within large commercial and industrial construction projects.
β’ Establish and uphold a pipeline of new business opportunities and initiatives for account expansion.
β’ Generate leads through various channels including prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, market insights, and customer relationships.
β’ Identify and engage with key stakeholders across project teams and executive organizations.
β’ Conduct meetings with customers, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
β’ Lead complex opportunities from initial discovery through proposal development, contract negotiation, closing, implementation, and continuous account growth.
β’ Communicate business value and return on investment to operational and executive decision-makers.
β’ Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM data utilizing Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and BuildCentral.
β’ Cultivate relationships with contractors, project executives, operations leaders, procurement teams, safety professionals, and site personnel.
β’ Collaborate with teams across Customer Excellence, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
β’ Collect and convey competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends.
β’ Represent Biosite at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
β’ Achieve or surpass assigned sales objectives while promoting customer retention and long-term account growth.
β’ 4+ years of experience in B2B field sales with a quota-carrying role.
β’ Proven track record in developing new business and managing customer relationships within a defined territory.
β’ Skilled in managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
β’ Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Proficient with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
β’ Familiarity with sales intelligence tools like ZoomInfo and BuildCentral.
β’ A valid driver's license is required.
β’ Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory is essential.
β’ Candidates must either reside within the assigned territory or be open to relocation.
β’ Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be taken into account.
β’ Preferred: Experience in selling to the construction industry, the commercial construction ecosystem, or adjacent markets serving construction clients.
β’ Preferred: Familiarity with construction technology, SaaS, workforce management, access control, security solutions, or related technology platforms.
β’ Preferred: Experience with equipment rental organizations.
β’ Preferred: Experience presenting software solutions and conveying complex value propositions to executive-level audiences.
