This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +16 more states.
β’ Develop and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at enhancing revenue growth, acquiring customers, and penetrating the market.
β’ Identify, prioritize, and pursue opportunities within large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects.
β’ Establish and uphold a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and initiatives for account expansion.
β’ Generate leads through various channels including prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, market intelligence, and customer relationships.
β’ Identify and engage with key stakeholders across project teams and executive organizations.
β’ Schedule and conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
β’ Lead complex opportunities from the initial discovery phase to proposal development, contract negotiation, closing, implementation, and ongoing account growth.
β’ Communicate business value and return on investment to both operational and executive decision-makers.
β’ Maintain precise forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM data using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and BuildCentral.
β’ Develop trusted relationships with general contractors, project executives, operations leaders, procurement teams, safety professionals, and site personnel.
β’ Establish executive-level partnerships that support long-term account growth and retention.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Excellence, Operations, and Leadership teams to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
β’ Collect and communicate competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends.
β’ Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Represent Biosite at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
β’ Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales objectives while driving customer retention and long-term account growth.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
β’ Proven track record in developing new business and managing customer relationships within a designated territory.
β’ Experience overseeing a complete sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and closure.
β’ Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
β’ Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, as well as sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo and BuildCentral.
β’ A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will also be taken into account.
β’ Experience selling within the construction industry, the commercial construction ecosystem, or adjacent markets catering to construction customers is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with construction technology, SaaS, workforce management, access control, security solutions, or similar technology platforms is preferred.
β’ Experience with equipment rental organizations is preferred.
β’ Experience in presenting software solutions and conveying complex value propositions to executive-level audiences is preferred.
β’ Candidates must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
β’ Approximately 50% travel is anticipated.
β’ Frequent customer meetings, project-site visits, industry events, and occasional overnight travel are required.
