This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +46 more states.
β’ Create and implement a strategic territory plan aimed at enhancing revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and increasing market share.
β’ Identify, prioritize, and actively pursue opportunities within large commercial and industrial construction projects.
β’ Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and initiatives for account expansion.
β’ Generate leads through various channels such as prospecting, networking, referrals, industry events, market analysis, and customer relationships.
β’ Engage with key stakeholders across project teams and executive organizations.
β’ Arrange and conduct meetings with customers, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
β’ Oversee intricate opportunities from the initial discovery phase through proposal development, contract negotiations, closing, implementation, and ongoing account growth.
β’ Convey business value and return on investment to both operational and executive decision-makers.
β’ Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM data management utilizing Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and BuildCentral.
β’ Establish trusted relationships with general contractors, project executives, operations leaders, procurement teams, safety professionals, and site personnel.
β’ Build executive-level partnerships to support long-term account growth and retention.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Excellence, Operations, and Leadership teams to achieve remarkable customer outcomes.
β’ Collect and disseminate competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends.
β’ Work alongside Sales and Marketing leadership to enhance messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Represent Biosite at industry events, customer meetings, and networking opportunities.
β’ Consistently meet or surpass assigned sales objectives while promoting customer retention.
β’ Minimum of 4 years of quota-carrying B2B field sales experience.
β’ Proven track record in developing new business and managing customer relationships within a designated territory.
β’ Experience overseeing a complete sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
β’ Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
β’ Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
β’ Proficient in sales intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo and BuildCentral.
β’ Valid driver's license is required.
β’ Willingness to travel throughout the designated territory.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered (preferred).
β’ Experience in selling within the construction industry, commercial construction ecosystem, or related markets serving construction clients (preferred).
β’ Familiarity with construction technology, SaaS, workforce management, access control, security solutions, or similar technology platforms (preferred).
β’ Experience with equipment rental organizations, such as United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, or similar providers (preferred).
β’ Proven ability to present software solutions and articulate complex value propositions to executive-level audiences (preferred).
β’ Must reside within or be willing to relocate to the assigned territory.
β’ Approximately 50% regional travel, including frequent customer meetings, project site visits, industry events, and occasional overnight travel.
