This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance Acorn's footprint within the designated territory by identifying, engaging, and educating key aesthetic practitioners.
• Take ownership of and cultivate the assigned region, pinpointing early adopters and market leaders in aesthetics, dermatology, and regenerative medicine.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting and acquisition to onboarding and ongoing account management.
• Assist providers in incorporating a new category into their practices.
• Recognize market gaps and competitive opportunities to refine sales strategies and execution.
• Inform providers about stem cell banking, Secretome, and aesthetic applications.
• Implement conceptual and consultative selling techniques to showcase the long-term benefits of Acorn's technology.
• Propel sell-in and sell-through, ensuring practices purchase, utilize, and advocate for Acorn's solutions.
• Lead regional training sessions, demonstrations, and educational events.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing and Operations to guarantee a seamless customer experience and stimulate patient demand.
• Provide on-the-ground feedback to shape marketing initiatives, messaging, and educational resources.
• Partner with sales leadership to develop a scalable go-to-market strategy.
• Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to monitor performance, refine targeting, and enhance conversion strategies.
• Present weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts.
• Oversee territory budgets, travel expenses, and account prioritization to maximize revenue impact.
• Experience in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, or medical device sales is preferred.
• A robust network in dermatology, plastic surgery, or med spa is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products or introducing a novel category.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously, think critically, and adapt strategies.
• Strong business acumen, including territory management, pricing discussions, and market positioning.
• Capability to educate and influence providers by translating complex scientific concepts into actionable insights.
• Comfortable operating in a high-touch, consultative sales environment with multiple interactions and a focus on long-term relationship building.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Copper or Salesforce for managing pipelines and forecasting revenue.
• Willingness to travel regionally 50% to build and support accounts in person.
