This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +5 more states.
• Design and implement a territory strategy by categorizing accounts based on potential.
• Cultivate and enhance valuable advisor relationships within the assigned territory.
• Maintain action plans, timelines, ownership, and progress updates.
• Engage with top-performing, emerging, inactive, and high-potential advisors to boost activation, retention, product adoption, and sales growth.
• Conduct both virtual and in-person meetings, business reviews, consultations, and follow-ups.
• Identify business opportunities and implement customized action plans for profitable revenue increase.
• Provide solution-oriented support to advisors and collaborate with internal teams.
• Lead tailored virtual and in-person training sessions, webinars, office hours, and onboarding programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and host both domestic and international Educational Journeys, along with conducting post-trip follow-ups.
• Achieve or surpass revenue, advisor engagement, and business development targets.
• Utilize CRM systems, reporting, AI tools, and analytics to track performance and prioritize opportunities.
• Observe competitor activities, advisor sentiments, and trends in premium and luxury travel; share insights with leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Training, Operations, Reservations, Customer Experience, and other teams.
• Engage in company initiatives and special projects; provide cross-territory support as necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities and performance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years of experience in sales, partnership development, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in the travel industry is highly desirable.
• Background working with Host Agencies, Consortia, travel advisors, hospitality partners, or in premium and luxury consumer markets is greatly valued.
• Strong comprehension of premium and luxury land travel and the travel advisor distribution channel.
• Proven success in consultative selling, relationship building, strategy implementation, business planning, and revenue enhancement.
• Experience in delivering presentations, webinars, training sessions, and advisor-focused events.
• Confidence in analyzing sales data and utilizing CRM and reporting tools.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and active listening abilities.
• Proficiency with digital tools, including MS Office, Social Media, and AI.
• Strong organizational skills, project management capabilities, accountability, and follow-through.
• Professional demeanor and a genuine enthusiasm for travel.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 60%, including air and ground travel.
• Valid passport is required.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and be in close proximity to a major international airport; Florida is preferred.
