Regional Sales Manager – AD Systems, Unicel Architectural

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as the representative for AD Systems and Unicel Architectural product lines throughout the Central Midwest U.S.

• Cover the states of NE, KS, MO, IA, MN, IL (excluding Chicago), ND, and SD

• Collaborate with architects to promote specifications and provide product education, including AIA presentations

• Develop relationships with glaziers and assist them throughout the project lifecycle

• Interact with end-users to enhance product visibility and impact project decisions

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings

• Employ CRM tools, such as Microsoft Dynamics, to oversee territory and pipeline management

• Travel within the market, ideally from a location near a major metropolitan airport

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience working with architects

• Familiarity with glass and aluminum systems (preferred)

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Willingness to travel up to 40%

• Self-driven, relationship-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
