
Regional Sales Executive – Mountain Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive new business initiatives and expand DeepHealth's multi-modality population health AI portfolio across imaging for breast, lung, brain, prostate, bone, and thyroid.
• Assume complete sales responsibility, which includes prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and closing sales.
• Formulate and implement annual business plans for your territory that align with AI applications, targeted accounts, screening programs, and enterprise imaging strategies.
• Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities with hospitals, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), academic medical centers, and large imaging organizations.
• Manage RFPs, security and privacy assessments, and contract negotiations with internal teams.
• Direct the commercial strategy to transition legacy on-premises or perpetual single-modality installations to cloud-based examination or subscription agreements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders, including CIOs/CTOs, CMIOs, CFOs, Chiefs of Radiology, service-line leaders, and population health leaders.
• Create and deliver business cases, ROI analyses, and value-based proposals.
• Collaborate with product specialists, clinical experts, and solution architects on configuring solutions and establishing value propositions.
• Design multi-year, multi-product commercial frameworks.
• Manage pipeline development, ensure opportunity hygiene, and maintain forecast accuracy using Salesforce and other commercial tools.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure successful go-lives and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Share competitive insights, win/loss analysis, and field experiences with colleagues and leadership.
• Represent DeepHealth at regional and national industry conferences, professional society gatherings, and executive briefings for customers.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced sales professionals as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or enterprise software sales (mandatory).
• 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or a closely related domain (mandatory).
• 5+ years of sales experience targeting hospitals, IDNs, or major imaging providers with complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience selling software, SaaS, AI, or enterprise imaging solutions such as PACS, VNA, cloud imaging, advanced visualization, or analytics (mandatory).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting assigned sales quotas (mandatory).
• Proficient in using CRM tools, such as Salesforce or equivalent, with disciplined management of pipeline and forecasts (mandatory).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (mandatory).
• Possess an executive presence and the ability to engage with C-level executives and clinical leaders (mandatory).
• Strong financial acumen and capability to develop and present ROI and value-based sales arguments (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and bundle multiple products or service lines (mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, high-growth setting (mandatory).
• Residence within the assigned territory is required.
• Capability to operate a vehicle and utilize other forms of transportation.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50 to 60% of the time.
• Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
• Preferred: Experience selling across various service lines.
• Preferred: Understanding of radiology workflow and enterprise imaging architecture, including PACS, VNA, RIS, and EMR integration.
• Preferred: Familiarity with breast and lung cancer screening programs, incidental findings management, and population health concepts.
• Preferred: Experience transitioning perpetual or on-premises installations to cloud subscription agreements.
• Preferred: Previous experience selling regulated FDA-cleared clinical software.
