This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive new business and expansion for DeepHealth's multi-modality population health AI portfolio across imaging for breast, lung, brain, prostate, bone, and thyroid.
• Take full-cycle sales responsibility within the designated territory, which includes prospecting, qualification, solution design, negotiation, and closing.
• Create and implement an annual territory business plan that aligns with AI use cases, target accounts, screening programs, and enterprise imaging strategies.
• Prospect, qualify, and progress opportunities with hospitals, IDNs, academic medical centers, and large imaging groups through intricate sales cycles.
• Oversee RFPs, security and privacy evaluations, and contracting with internal stakeholders.
• Lead commercial strategies to transition legacy on-premises or perpetual single-modality installations to cloud-based exam or subscription agreements.
• Build and nurture relationships with executive and clinical stakeholders, including CIO/CTO, CMIO, CFO, Chief of Radiology, service-line leaders, and population health leaders.
• Develop and present business cases, ROI analyses, and value-based proposals.
• Collaborate with product specialists, clinical experts, and solution architects on solution configuration and value propositions.
• Construct multi-year, multi-product commercial structures that align with customer budgets and procurement constraints.
• Manage pipeline development, opportunity hygiene, and forecast accuracy using Salesforce and associated commercial tools.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline that meets the assigned quota requirements.
• Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to ensure successful go-lives and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Share competitive intelligence, win/loss insights, and field learnings with colleagues and leadership.
• Represent DeepHealth at regional and national industry meetings, professional society events, and customer executive briefings.
• Mentor less experienced sales personnel as necessary.
• Adhere to quality, safety, privacy, compliance, confidentiality, and attendance standards.
• Bachelor's degree (required).
• 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or enterprise software sales (required).
• 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or a closely related field (required).
• 5+ years of experience selling to hospitals, IDNs, or large imaging providers involving complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles (required).
• 3+ years of experience selling software, SaaS, AI, or enterprise imaging solutions such as PACS, VNA, cloud imaging, advanced visualization, or analytics (required).
• Proven track record of consistently meeting assigned sales quotas (required).
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or equivalent) and disciplined pipeline and forecast management (required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required).
• Executive presence and the ability to sell to C-level executives and clinical leaders (required).
• Strong financial acumen with the capability to develop and present ROI and value-based selling arguments (required).
• Demonstrated history of cross-selling and bundling across multiple products or service lines (required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, high-growth environment (required).
• Ability to drive a vehicle and utilize other transportation methods.
• Residence within the assigned territory is required.
• Preferred: Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
• Preferred: Experience selling across multiple service lines.
• Preferred: Working knowledge of radiology workflow and enterprise imaging architecture (PACS, VNA, RIS, and EMR integration).
• Preferred: Familiarity with breast and lung cancer screening programs, incidental findings management, and population health concepts.
• Preferred: Experience transitioning a perpetual or on-premises installed base to cloud subscription agreements.
• Preferred: Prior experience selling regulated (FDA-cleared) clinical software.
• Must comply with applicable employment laws, DeepHealth policies and procedures, and data privacy, compliance, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Remote work environment.
