This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ascertain customer needs and create tailored solutions.
• Offer technical knowledge and assistance throughout the sales journey, including delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
• Draft technical proposals and address requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Work in conjunction with product and engineering teams to share feedback and insights for the product roadmap.
• Cultivate and sustain an in-depth understanding of our products and solutions, while keeping abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the security sector.
• Partner with the marketing team to create technical marketing materials, such as whitepapers and solution briefs, that bolster our sales initiatives.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry professionals.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in a pertinent field.
• Background in sales engineering or over 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in the endpoint or network security domain – including AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Highly motivated self-starter with the capability to operate independently.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.
• Extensive network in the information security industry and robust references.
• Solid understanding of the MEDDIC sales process and proficiency in conveying technical solutions to customers and prospects effectively.
• Proven track record of leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
