This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.
• Build and cultivate a regional sales team to achieve revenue growth and deliver top-tier performance.
• Establish, supervise, and drive regional field sales representatives to maximize sales revenues and surpass sales targets.
• Forecast sales revenue streams on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
• Identify, develop, and implement effective sales plans and strategies.
• Create revenue plans for sales teams to ensure growth across targeted products and services.
• Coach, advise, support, and inspire team members to meet or exceed sales objectives.
• Train and mentor sales representatives to structure deals that exceed revenue expectations.
• Act as an escalation point for issues beyond the team's authority and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Conduct sales activities within an assigned geographic area to achieve or surpass revenue goals.
• Develop and test innovative sales strategies and tactics.
• Stay informed about and share new product and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies to ensure successful implementation.
• Participate in sales team meetings, sales management meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven history of leading sales in the medical device or disposable device markets.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing a sales team while exceeding team quotas.
• Strong skills in sales, recruiting, leadership, organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Several years of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in launching innovative, market-defining products.
• Ability to develop and critically evaluate a sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel over 50% if necessary.
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work as part of a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.
• Capability to sit continuously for extended periods, exceeding 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour workday.
