This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Lead the CRM sales of Abbott products and/or services within the designated region.
• Identify and assess market opportunities and sales potential.
• Set and accomplish sales and clinical objectives.
• Mentor and guide territory managers and clinical specialists.
• Complete authorization training to facilitate CRM procedures and offer clinical coaching.
• Support and attain the regional sales plan.
• Foster a safe learning environment and cultivate a positive team culture.
• Conduct weekly team calls, discovery workshops, regional meetings, and one-on-one discussions.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and nurture direct reports.
• Establish quarterly goals, development plans, and annual performance evaluations.
• Drive planning for customer and account engagement.
• Prepare regional sales forecasts and estimates for CRM sales expenses.
• Ensure sales accountability through precise forecasting.
• Travel with the team to engage with customers and enhance clinical competencies and sales.
• Recommend strategies to enhance franchise customer focus and support.
• Build cross-functional alliances with marketing, training, enterprise accounts, and clinical trial teams.
• Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance with case support, proctor planning, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee the annual regional budget and ensure compliance.
• Approve expense reports for direct reports and address compliance issues.
• Complete vendor credentialing for hospital access.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, company products, markets, objectives, and industry trends.
• Resolve complex issues and create innovative solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Tachycardia/Bradycardia product areas or a related field.
• Preferred direct experience in CRM product sales.
• Documented success in sales and clinical performance within the cardiology/cardiovascular sector.
• Capability to lead workstreams and initiatives utilizing critical thinking skills.
• Ability to guide and evaluate direct reports’ clinical and sales objectives, quality, outcomes, and performance measures.
• Competence to perform in a quality system environment.
• Solutions-oriented with a focus on fact-based problem solving.
• Fulfill all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• Previous commercial and clinical trial experience in cardiology/cardiovascular is preferred.
• Proven successful leadership experience with sales and clinical teams is preferred.
• Experience with Abbott cardiovascular products will be given stronger consideration.
