Regional Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee sales initiatives and operations throughout the Central Region.

• Lead a dynamic team dedicated to increasing the customer base and enhancing business from existing clients.

• Facilitate strategic account planning and ensure impeccable tactical execution.

• Manage precise monthly and quarterly sales forecasts within the region.

• Cultivate valuable executive client relationships to promote customer loyalty and retention.

• Supervise the development and execution of regional marketing and sales initiatives.

• Maintain effective reporting systems and engage in meetings and business evaluations.

• Recruit, train, and lead a top-tier sales team.

• Develop and expedite the regional sales pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of three years of demonstrated experience in managing sales teams.

• At least four years of direct sales experience.

• Profound knowledge of subscription sales models and strategic software licensing.

• Proficiency in measuring and analyzing KPIs utilizing available analytical tools.

• Excellent organizational abilities coupled with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Willingness to work remotely and travel at least 30% of the time.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.

• Experience in database sales is a plus.

• Familiarity with SFDC is advantageous.

• Successful completion of a background check is required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is based.
