This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Build, manage, and lead a regional field sales representative team.
• Maximize sales revenue, achieve corporate objectives, and surpass sales targets.
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams from sales.
• Identify, develop, and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Create revenue plans for sales teams to ensure growth across targeted products and services.
• Coach, advise, support, motivate, and provide information to individuals to help them exceed sales objectives.
• Train and mentor sales representatives on deal structuring.
• Act as an escalation point and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Conduct sales activities within a designated geographic area.
• Develop, test, and replicate successful sales strategies and tactics.
• Keep the team updated on new products and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and execution.
• Participate in sales team meetings, sales management meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
• Work with Marketing, R&D, and the Area VP of Sales to identify market needs and commercialize new products.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven experience leading sales in the medical device or disposable device sectors.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in managing a sales team and exceeding team quotas.
• Strong skills in sales, recruiting, leadership, organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Multiple years of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in launching innovative, market-defining products.
• Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships across the organization.
• Ability to develop and critically analyze a sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel over 50% as required.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to operate as part of a team and/or independently while adapting to changing requirements.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour workday.
