This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +1 more state.
• Build, manage, and drive a regional field sales representative team.
• Optimize sales revenue, achieve corporate targets, and surpass sales goals.
• Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
• Identify, develop, and execute effective sales plans and strategies.
• Create revenue plans to ensure growth across targeted products and services.
• Coach, advise, support, motivate, and inform team members to surpass sales objectives.
• Train and mentor representatives to structure deals that exceed revenue expectations.
• Act as an escalation point and resolve team conflicts.
• Conduct sales activities within a designated geographic area.
• Develop, test, and replicate successful sales strategies and tactics.
• Keep the team updated on new products and industry insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market strategies and execution.
• Participate in sales team meetings, sales management meetings, and quarterly business reviews.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Proven success in leading sales within the medical device or disposable device markets.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience managing a sales team and exceeding quotas.
• Strong skills in sales, recruiting, leadership, organization, planning, and prioritization.
• Multiple years of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Experience in bringing innovative, market-defining products to market.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships throughout the organization.
• Ability to develop and critically assess a sales pipeline and forecast.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Willingness to travel over 50% if necessary.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment while managing various priorities.
• Ability to function as part of a team and/or independently while adapting to changing requirements.
• Capability to sit continuously for extended periods.
