This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Drive revenue growth in the region and take ownership of sales performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop Territory Managers and sales leaders.
• Convert commercial strategy into effective field execution within a specific geographic area.
• Set sales priorities, establish execution standards, ensure accountability, and define performance KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and cultivate high-performing sales teams.
• Guide Territory Managers through field engagement, ride-alongs, observations, and constructive feedback.
• Maintain pipeline integrity, ensure forecasting accuracy, optimize CRM usage, plan calls, and execute territory strategies.
• Identify and develop high-potential talent, create development plans, conduct readiness assessments, and establish succession pipelines.
• Collaborate with SHSD & Commercial Partnerships, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Finance, Clinical Operations, and Customer Service departments.
• Build and nurture relationships with key customers, health system leaders, and regional decision-makers.
• Represent iRhythm in strategic discussions and customer negotiations.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitive activities, and changes in healthcare policy.
• Advocate for patient access and promote the adoption and utilization of ZIO services.
• Oversee regional sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, expense control, compensation guidance, and resource allocation.
• Ensure consistent adherence to sales processes, compliance standards, and field effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams of Territory Managers and front-line sales leaders.
• Strong capability to drive revenue growth through disciplined execution and effective people management.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to analyze and act on complex sales and market data.
• Exceptional executive-level communication skills and a strong presence with customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%, as required by business needs.
• Experience in the cardiology or diagnostics sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating within enterprise health systems and complex customer environments is preferred.
• Proven record of effective cross-functional collaboration in matrixed organizations is preferred.
