Regional Sales Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Market and sell ATMs within a designated territory while surpassing annual sales goals.

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the region.

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities with new clients.

• Oversee the sales process and facilitate negotiations leading to successful closures.

• Acquire new business contracts with potential financial institutions.

• Renew and extend current client agreements.

• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and industry contacts through in-person, phone, and email communications.

• Maintain a prominent presence in the designated territory by attending on-site visits, local and state events, conferences, and trade shows.

• Create external presentations and proposals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are fulfilled.

• Manage a sales pipeline for internal tracking and forecasting of potential deals.

• Partner with management for professional development and career advancement.

• Execute other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software sales to financial services companies, focusing on electronic payments and/or core banking applications.

• Demonstrated success in meeting multi-million dollar annual sales targets and acquiring new clients.

• Capable of creating informative and precise ROI models for client presentations.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a knack for engaging effectively at the C-level.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to going above and beyond for success.

• Proven skills in hunting for and closing sales.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
