This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire deal lifecycle, from identifying new accounts to finalizing contracts.
• Navigate through buying organizations that include Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation/R&D, procurement teams, and C-suite economic decision-makers.
• Conduct executive-level discovery to identify business challenges that quantum computing can solve.
• Manage targeted, multi-stakeholder sales processes from the initial meeting to contract execution, typically spanning 3–6 months.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from product development, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal departments.
• Communicate the Classiq value proposition effectively, positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner.
• Design deals for growth and expansion from the outset.
• Contribute to the development of territory strategy, vertical messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Represent Classiq at significant industry events as a credible voice within the quantum ecosystem.
• Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with a strong focus on qualification discipline.
• Engage with government initiatives, industry partners, and leading research organizations.
• Influence regional go-to-market strategies and assist in laying the groundwork for long-term growth in the Nordics.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales, with a proven history of securing deals worth $200K or more in Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Experience in selling deep tech SaaS solutions is advantageous.
• Proven success in selling to Fortune 500 companies, with specific named clients and performance metrics available for reference.
• Experience in selling within an emerging or pre-mainstream category, where creating buyer understanding was essential rather than merely responding to existing demand.
• A demonstrated ability to engage with technical buyers, engineers, scientists, or PhD-level decision-makers while maintaining credibility.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving both technical advocates and economic buyers at the VP/C-suite level.
• Ability to operate effectively with a rapidly evolving sales strategy.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort in a highly agile and fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in English and fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish).
• A technical degree and an MBA are preferred.
• Strong familiarity with at least one target vertical, such as chemicals & materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare & life sciences, financial services, or aerospace & defense.
• Previous experience managing a quota exceeding $2M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) with documented success.
• Background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, High-Performance Computing (HPC), or AI/ML infrastructure during its pre-mainstream phase.
