This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of the complete deal lifecycle, from identifying new accounts to finalizing contracts.
• Navigate through buying organizations, including Chief Scientists, CTOs, CDOs, CIOs, Heads of Innovation/R&D, procurement teams, and C-suite economic decision-makers.
• Lead executive-level discovery sessions to identify business challenges that quantum computing can solve.
• Manage targeted, multi-stakeholder sales processes from the initial meeting to contract execution, typically spanning 3 to 6 months.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from product, pre-sales, customer success, marketing, and legal teams.
• Articulate Classiq's value proposition and position the company as a long-term strategic partner.
• Design deals with potential for expansion from the outset.
• Contribute to the strategy for territories, vertical messaging, and competitive positioning.
• Represent Classiq at regional quantum and sector-specific industry events.
• Develop and maintain an accurate sales pipeline with a strong focus on qualification discipline.
• Establish Classiq's commercial presence across Eastern Europe and engage with government initiatives, industry partners, and research institutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise and/or ecosystem software sales.
• Proven history of securing deals with an Annual Contract Value (ACV) of $200K or more.
• Experience in selling deep tech SaaS solutions is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in selling to Fortune 500 companies, with specific client names and metrics available for reference.
• Experience selling in emerging or pre-mainstream categories that required creating buyer understanding.
• Ability to engage with technical buyers, engineers, scientists, or PhD-level decision-makers without losing credibility.
• Experience managing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders, including technical champions and VP/C-suite economic buyers.
• Comfortable working with a rapidly evolving playbook.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Adaptable to a highly agile and fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in either Polish or Romanian, both written and spoken.
• A technical degree and an MBA are preferred.
• Strong familiarity with at least one target vertical, such as chemicals and materials, advanced manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, financial services, or aerospace and defense.
• Previous experience managing a quota exceeding $2M in ARR with documented achievement history.
• Background in quantum computing, advanced simulation, EDA tools, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure during its pre-mainstream stage.
