This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze performance across regions, markets, territories, districts, and dealers to uncover trends, risks, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Convert inquiries from Sales, field leadership, and executives into precise analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Assess contract production, dealer activities, market potential, productivity, and profitability metrics.
• Conduct regular and ad hoc analyses to support regional priorities, sales strategies, and performance enhancements.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, scorecards, recurring Sales performance reports, and performance views suitable for executives.
• Track KPIs and furnish regional leaders with timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
• Assist in business reviews, performance discussions, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Validate dashboard outcomes against source data, existing reports, and KPI definitions.
• Identify and resolve data, reporting, and process challenges in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Document business logic, calculations, assumptions, data sources, and reporting requirements comprehensively.
• Facilitate enhancements in reporting tools and recurring analytical processes.
• Act as an analytics partner to regional Sales leaders and business stakeholders.
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Sales Enablement, Business Intelligence, Engineering, Product, GTM, and other teams.
• Offer proactive insights and recommendations that bolster Sales performance and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines.
• Execute any additional duties as assigned.
• Adhere to department attendance standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Finance, Sales Operations, or a comparable analytical domain.
• At least 2 years of experience in an academic or professional environment utilizing one or more of SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
• Experience in developing or supporting dashboards, KPI reporting, scorecards, or ongoing business performance reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data storytelling capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence, reporting, CRM, SQL, or analytical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and convert data into actionable insights.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% based on business needs.
• Required degrees must be obtained from accredited higher education institutions recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting a regional, distributed, or field-based Sales organization.
• Preferred: Background in profitability, market, territory, dealer, productivity, or Sales performance analysis.
• Preferred: Knowledge of automotive finance, dealer services, indirect lending, or financial services.
• Preferred: Experience with Power BI data modeling, DAX, Power Query, data visualization, or business intelligence platforms.
