Regional Recruiting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive recruiting services and support for designated markets.

• Build networks, devise strategies, source, and evaluate candidates for various roles and center-level positions.

• Oversee the hiring and selection procedures.

• Collaborate with operational leadership to assess staffing strategies, provide insights, and comprehend recruiting requirements.

• Engage with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure alignment on goals, updates on the recruitment process, and alignment with internal customers.

• Assist in executing staffing strategies both in-person and remotely as dictated by recruiting demands.

• Advertise job openings, recommend talent, review applications, maintain candidate records, conduct phone interviews, and monitor the progress of prospects, applicants, and candidates.

• Manage the offer process to maintain consistency, adherence to company policies, and high acceptance rates.

• Ensure a seamless transition to the HR team for efficient and consistent onboarding.

• Investigate, suggest, and utilize both established and innovative sources for engaging active and passive candidates.

• Enhance and expand teammate and alumni referral networks, cultivate a professional network, and utilize recruiting tools such as Indeed or LinkedIn.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Seattle or Denver.

• 2-4 years of experience in Recruiting and/or HR.

• Skilled in Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management systems.

• Capable of identifying and managing priority and/or sensitive matters with discretion and a commitment to confidentiality.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in Google email, docs, and presentation software.

• Experience with Workday is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business-related purposes, including both in-state and out-of-state travel.

• Some overnight travel may be necessary.

• Must live within the specified regions (WA, CO).
