Regional Project Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Optimize project team activities while ensuring uniformity of Clinical Operations processes throughout North America.

• Serve as the primary project management liaison for project teams and PSI support services.

• Assess study progress and communicate updates to clients and global stakeholders.

• Gather and report on project status updates.

• Create and revise project planning documents, essential study materials, and project manuals/instructions.

• Ensure that project timelines and subject enrollment objectives are achieved.

• Coordinate the upkeep of study-specific and corporate tracking systems.

• Oversee site selection and initiation, as well as contractual and budget negotiations.

• Manage project team and site training, including on-site training for monitors.

• Ensure adherence to project-specific training matrices.

• Supervise site selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits.

• Evaluate site visit reports and ensure compliance with monitoring and reporting standards.

• Oversee investigator and site compensation.

• Supervise preparations for study audits/inspections and address any findings.

• Engage in regional project oversight for North America.

⛳️ Requirements

• MPharm, RN, or a university/college degree in Life Sciences, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

• At least 4 years of site monitoring experience.

• Minimum of 2 years in a Lead Monitor role.

• Experience in supervising clinical project activities and leading clinical project teams.

• Background in oncology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, or rare disease indications is preferred.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

• Strong team-building, leadership, and organizational abilities.

• Full working proficiency in English.

• Proficient in MS Office applications, including MS Project.

• Must not require work visa sponsorship for current or future employment.
