This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Act as the main liaison with key partners and clients to achieve established objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Create and implement tailored training sessions for OEM automakers and dealership networks.
• Utilize the Safe-Guard Training platform as a strategic advantage and value-added service/product.
• Represent Safe-Guard at industry events, conferences, and in publications.
• Collaborate with the Sales Management Team to optimize sales revenue.
• Improve programs and systems related to Safe-Guard product knowledge, menu selling expertise, and handling objections.
• Conduct regional and dealership training seminars aimed at enhancing dealer profitability and product sales penetration.
• Develop and utilize training and marketing materials approved by managers and the company.
• Support dealers with compliance through best-practice assessments and continuous training.
• Promote and facilitate dealer engagement in F&I certification and training programs.
• Educate and train relevant departments and personnel on the features, benefits, and value of Safe-Guard products.
• Execute action plans designed to boost sales of Safe-Guard products and services.
• Establish key-partner relationships and develop mutually beneficial strategies to enhance productivity.
• Over 6 years of management experience in automotive retail (F&I, Sales Manager, GSM, GM, Training Specialist).
• At least 2 years of specific F&I experience (which may be included in the above 6+ years).
• In-depth knowledge and experience of menu selling.
• Proficient in selling the current F&I product suite portfolio.
• Proven experience in account development with consistent results.
• Skilled in hands-on training development for dealership personnel and/or "train the trainer" in-store development.
• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities.
• Demonstrated success in creating innovative programs through the execution of established conversion methods.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time.
