This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans tailored for designated studies and locations.
• Meet study enrollment objectives and revenue goals.
• Direct multi-channel recruitment efforts, including partnerships within the community, physician referrals, and patient databases.
• Ensure an outstanding patient experience from the initial interaction through screening and enrollment.
• Foster relationships with community organizations, patient advocacy groups, and healthcare providers.
• Supervise diversity and inclusion initiatives to achieve representative clinical trial populations.
• Track individual and team performance metrics, addressing any underperformance as needed.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven outcomes.
• Prioritize studies and direct patients to maximize revenue and enrollment commitments.
• Lead and manage the patient recruiting call center along with related teams.
• Oversee prescreen programs, prioritization, routing, strategy, and database expansion.
• Implement coaching, training, and development programs.
• Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements in collaboration with corporate and site support teams.
• Engage in sponsor relations and communications.
• Manage site-level vendor relationships and recruitment campaigns funded by sponsors.
• Ensure precise documentation within CRM and CTMS systems.
• Guarantee that enrollment teams adhere to legal, ethical, and professional standards.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams that achieve or surpass enrollment and revenue targets.
• Over 3 years of experience managing a patient enrollment team of 5 or more representatives.
• Leadership experience in a call center environment supporting multi-therapeutic studies is preferred.
• An additional 2–3 years of experience as a patient enrollment representative is preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; a business degree is preferred.
• Training in healthcare sales and call center management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial enrollment processes, protocols, and regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams spread across different geographical locations.
• Highly data-oriented, capable of identifying trends and taking swift, measurable actions.
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability, performance, and results.
• Advanced coaching abilities, including emotional intelligence and persona-based messaging skills.
• Experience in managing and enhancing KPIs at both individual and team levels.
• Capability to design and implement study-specific recruiting strategies.
• Expertise in providing an exceptional, inclusive patient experience.
• Proficiency in call center systems, phone platforms, and CRMs.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills across functions.
• Adaptable, solutions-focused, and effective in fast-paced environments.
• Relevant experience in therapeutic areas is an advantage.
