This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Establish and nurture relationships with partners, encompassing CSPs, sellers, engineers, and leadership teams.
• Formulate and implement partner and regional channel strategies.
• Execute National Partner and CSP strategies for AWS, GCP, and Azure at the regional level.
• Spearhead enablement initiatives for LATAM partners across leadership, sales, and technical teams.
• Train Wiz sellers on partner go-to-market strategies and their value propositions.
• Create business plans focusing on partner accounts and facilitate account mapping.
• Maintain a regular leadership cadence between Wiz and partner sales leadership.
• Supervise cloud strategies, account insights, partner conflicts, escalations, and resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with Partner Rules of Engagement.
• Manage partner application processes and administration.
• Oversee reseller agreements with Wiz Legal, including MNDA, OTRA, master agreements, and order forms.
• Present Wiz's initial meeting pitch to partner teams.
• Collaborate with field and partner marketing to organize at least four partner events each quarter and implement follow-up strategies.
• Manage budgets, spiffs, and promotional activities.
• Oversee ACE deal management through WorkSpan integration within SFDC.
• Drive and validate partner-sourced deal registrations.
• Support sellers in deal management and partner engagement activities.
• Monitor private offers and coordinate with sellers and partner operations.
• Provide forecasting for the partner team, maintain deal oversight, and deliver weekly reports to leadership and supported teams.
• Over 10 years of experience in channel sales.
• Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets.
• Established connections with LATAM partner reseller leadership.
• Innovative problem-solving abilities and a mindset geared towards knowledge sharing.
• Strong process orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to operational excellence.
• Extensive knowledge in channel sales and partnerships, including VAR, GSI, and MSP.
• Experience in channel recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Background in SaaS channel operations.
• Familiarity with cloud service provider marketplaces, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Legal eligibility to work in Brazil without the need for visa sponsorship.
