This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist the Americas PMO and delivery governance by providing status updates, governance documentation, leadership reports, delivery frameworks, methodologies, templates, playbooks, and knowledge bases.
• Monitor methodology adherence, portfolio health, RAG status, schedule deviations, and budget expenditure across regional projects.
• Aid in the onboarding process for delivery hires regarding regional methodologies, templates, and tools.
• Manage staffing requests, resource availability, roll-off statuses, staffing proposals, and resourcing summaries.
• Oversee the administration of Kantata for project tracking, revenue management, and staffing oversight.
• Maintain data related to projects, resources, allocations, staffing, finances, and operations; generate reports and dashboards; resolve data quality issues.
• Offer initial guidance to regional team members on the effective use of Kantata.
• Connect sales, staffing, and hiring by monitoring pipeline opportunities and facilitating handoffs.
• Assist in tracking project and regional P&L, including utilization, revenue, and cost data.
• Support partnership administration, encompassing Beeline records, requests, timelines, and compliance.
• Coordinate hiring requirements, requisitions, hiring progress, start dates, and capacity versus demand data.
• Generate operational reports and manage delivery and operational KPI dashboards for regional leadership.
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, operations, PMO, or business support, preferably within consulting, professional services, or technology sectors.
• Familiarity with PMO frameworks, delivery governance, or the standardization of delivery artifacts.
• Practical knowledge of project/resource management or staffing tools such as Kantata, Mavenlink, Salesforce, or similar; direct experience with Kantata is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in handling financial and operational data, including basic P&L, utilization, and tracking concepts.
• Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; capable of creating and maintaining trackers, reports, dashboards, and status updates.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple concurrent requests and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; capable of coordinating with regional and global stakeholders.
• Ability to operate with discretion and professionalism while interacting directly with regional leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or a Master’s/MBA.
• Interest in or experience with AI-enabled delivery accelerators and automation tools within a delivery organization.
