This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with local General Managers and Line Managers to assess, mentor, and enhance operational processes.
• Execute regional cost-saving strategies to boost gross margins and center EBITDA.
• Perform ticket analysis and evaluate adherence to timecard protocols, overtime, labor efficiency, dispatch effectiveness, and technician utilization.
• Enforce standardized multi-trade flat-rate pricing guidelines and review Pricebook Pro services and tasks.
• Supervise warehouse controls, truck inventory, inventory replenishment, and inventory counting activities.
• Utilize vendor partnerships whenever feasible.
• Ensure compliance with the SoOps operational framework across dispatching, sales, and service areas.
• Mandate 100% compliance with ServiceTitan data for accurate regional reporting and KPIs.
• Audit diagnostic and installation quality standards to minimize recalls, rework, $0 jobs, and diagnostic-only jobs.
• Guarantee completion of safety training, adherence to safety protocols, OSHA compliance checks, and EPA refrigerant logging.
• Monitor GPS tracking and telematics to enforce safe driving practices, reduce fuel expenses, and mitigate vehicle liabilities.
• Conduct surprise multi-trade job-site inspections to ensure PPE usage and code-compliant installations.
• Enforce cash-on-delivery collection of full payment upon job completion.
• Encourage technician participation in consumer financing programs.
• Collaborate with branch managers to address 30/60/90-day outstanding balances and streamline invoicing processes.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Over 5 years of multi-site operations experience or a demonstrated history of operational excellence, preferably within a home services environment.
• Proven ability to turn underperforming branches into profitable, compliant business units.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• Capable of analyzing P&L statements to identify margin leaks and implement corrective action plans.
• Strong leadership presence to address technician resistance and promote process adoption.
• Advanced expertise in ServiceTitan, fleet telematics, and real-time financial dashboards.
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Skilled in organizing, prioritizing, and managing time efficiently.
• Ability to work autonomously and with integrity in a structured yet flexible environment.
• Patient and empathetic when assisting others.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
• Willing to travel extensively, including overnight trips.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of fulfilling the physical requirements, including sitting, standing, walking, typing, reaching, occasional stooping, kneeling, bending, crouching, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
