This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist the Divisional Director and enhance performance to attain operational excellence and established KPIs
• Oversee tactical and transactional service delivery, Debt/WIP, P&L, statutory and contractual compliance, along with personnel management
• Leverage IT platforms, reporting, data, and management information to boost productivity, efficiency, and performance
• Advocate for and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures
• Ensure that statutory, mandatory, and routine inspections align with maintenance programs and KPI requirements
• Sustain operational performance, service levels, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction throughout the region
• Actively manage health and safety and cultivate a safety-oriented culture
• Develop stakeholder relationships, tackle operational issues, and pinpoint profitable business opportunities
• Accurately submit incident, operational, and financial management reports in a timely manner
• Supervise audits and guarantee that feedback is addressed promptly and effectively
• Lead initiatives concerning energy and sustainability, including pain/gain management, compliant reporting, and carbon reduction strategies
• Supervise engineers’ Toolbox Talks and ensure that technical support and infrastructure are upheld
• Conduct employee listening sessions and forums to enhance engagement and address concerns
• Provide contract and engineering support along with best-practice guidance during tenders and bids
• Guide the team through change, innovation, technology adoption, and sharing of best practices
• Hold one-on-one meetings and annual appraisals; mentor direct reports
• Oversee team objectives, personal development plans, and succession planning
• Maintain stakeholder relationships, enforce guidelines, and escalate noncompliance issues
• Manage regional P&L and commercial operations
• Uphold the Integral brand and provide advice and support to the Divisional Director
• Possess a degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with the Mechanical and Electrical engineering maintenance sector
• Demonstrated success in managing performance against KPIs within a regional business unit
• Understanding of logistical and operational planning
• Experience in driving change and organizational transformation
• Industry-related qualifications
• Desirable to have a formal Hard FM qualification, NEBOSH, or IOSH Managing Safely certification
• Proven experience in Facilities Management at a comparable level, with extensive background in Facilities Management
• Exceptional customer service experience; a Customer Services Qualification or equivalent is desirable
• Proficient working knowledge of M&E or Fabric disciplines
• Computer literate, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
