This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead, nurture, and motivate 1–2 operational leaders and managers

• Oversee standards, accountability, and coaching to ensure compliant patient care across Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) dialysis centers

• Spearhead territory expansion, market development, and the launch of new dialysis services in skilled nursing facilities

• Collaborate with Business Development and regional leadership to propose contracts, advance partnership agreements, and operationalize new sites

• Enhance patient census and maximize chair utilization along with treatment volume

• Maintain complete financial oversight of a P&L ranging from $15M to $25M

• Manage labor budgets, optimize operating expenses, and implement financial forecasting

• Act as the executive operational liaison to SNF administrators, nursing directors, medical directors, nephrology practices, and health system discharge planners

• Ensure operational adherence to CMS and state regulatory requirements

• Analyze regional performance data, identify bottlenecks, and execute solutions to enhance outcomes, safety, and service excellence

• Monitor regional healthcare dynamics and competitors while conducting SWOT analyses

• Promote DaVita’s Trilogy of Care and support the 2030 Community Care initiatives

• Foster DaVita’s seven core values and cultivate a high-performance culture


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in leading multi-site healthcare, clinical, or complex multi-unit operations with full P&L accountability

• Established record of scaling a business line, driving volume and census growth, launching new sites, or managing healthcare partnerships

• Experience in leading, mentoring, and unifying teams that are geographically dispersed

• Proven ability to hold direct reports accountable to operational metrics and cultural standards

• Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation abilities

• Experience in influencing C-suite healthcare executives, nursing home administrators, and physicians

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• Willingness and capacity to travel 25%–50%, including moderate overnight travel across Texas

• Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership, patient-first care, teammate development, and excellence

• Ability to ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, including CMS QSO-18-24-ESRD standards for SNF dialysis and state regulatory requirements
