Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a range of properties available on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop, list, and refine property listings, incorporating high-quality photos, engaging descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to maximize the revenue potential for each property.

• Handle reservations and foster guest relations, including communication, check-in processes, and resolving disputes.

• Coordinate between housekeeping and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in delegating the management of their properties.

• Oversee operations utilizing the ALB platform.

• Optionally, recruit City Managers under your guidance and earn commissions based on their performance.
