Operations Manager, Property Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties featured on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine listings, including images, descriptions, and search engine optimization (SEO).

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies to optimize revenue for each property.

• Handle bookings and guest relations, encompassing messaging, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing the management of their properties.

• Establish and oversee a portfolio of properties.

• If desired, recruit City Managers through a referral program and earn commissions based on their performance.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or any related field is beneficial.

• Strong motivation and drive.
