Operations Manager, Airbnb

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties available on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Create and refine property listings, including photography, descriptions, and search engine optimization.

• Apply dynamic pricing strategies (yield management).

• Manage reservations and foster positive guest relations.

• Address messages, oversee check-ins, and resolve disputes.

• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Operate the business via the ALB platform.

• Develop a portfolio of properties under management.

• Potentially recruit City Managers through the referral program.

• Must hold independent contractor status.

• Ability to influence property owners and establish trust.

• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.

• Interest in creating a sustainable long-term income stream.

• Experience in real estate, sales, or other industries is beneficial; no specific sector is required.
