Operations Manager, Property Concierge Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance a collection of properties featured on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel.

• Develop and refine property listings, incorporating photographs, descriptions, and SEO strategies.

• Execute yield management through dynamic pricing techniques.

• Handle reservations and foster guest relations, including communication, check-ins, and conflict resolution.

• Organize cleaning and maintenance teams between guest stays.

• Seek out new property owners interested in outsourcing their property management.

• Manage operations via the ALB platform and respond to inquiries from local property owners.
