Regional Omni & Event Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the operational activities of OMNI business within BJ’s Clubs

• Supply tools, support, leadership, and strategic guidance to enhance revenue growth and optimize OMNI contributions

• Aid in the development and adherence to uniform operational standards throughout BJ’s locations

• Support Club managers in the daily implementation of OMNI initiatives

• Offer guidance and functional assistance to Clubs, evaluated through KPI outcomes

• Maintain communication with assigned clubs to oversee the effectiveness of OMNI policies, initiatives, programs, and SOPs

• Analyze and report on the performance of each location

• Document and implement process enhancement plans for situations that are not compliant

• Collaborate with Home Office and Club management for training and development initiatives

• Foster organizational partnerships to enhance OMNI operations

• Raise club OMNI issues to the General Manager and work with Club management for resolution

• Follow up on issues until they are resolved or closed

• Ensure outstanding Member service and consistent attainment of SLAs for OMNI offerings

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• 5 to 7 years of management experience in a retail setting

• Over 3 years in a general/operations manager or leadership role

• Strong business insights and operational expertise

• Six Sigma certification is preferred

• Excellent coaching and mentoring abilities

• Effective communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills

• Strong judgment and critical thinking capabilities

• Proficient in organizing and analyzing data

• Ability to perform root cause analysis

• Capable of building and maintaining trust-based, collaborative relationships and influencing others

• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and projects across teams

• 100% travel is required

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
