This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the advancement of strategic marketing excellence in the Oncology and Inflammation therapeutic area within the RCV region.

• Oversee the creation and implementation of regional marketing strategies.

• Ensure that business priorities are aligned across various countries and functions.

• Collaborate closely with country teams, cross-functional stakeholders, as well as regional and global asset teams.

• Utilize customer and market insights to enhance brand performance.

• Identify opportunities for growth and facilitate the successful execution of regional initiatives.

• Assist in the introduction and launch of innovative medicines.

• Contribute to market readiness, speed up adoption, and provide value to patients.

• Foster collaboration among commercial, medical, and access teams.

• Guide and influence cross-functional teams without having formal authority.

• Share insights across functions to promote insight-driven, customer-centric decision-making.

• Enhance patient engagement with brands at every lifecycle stage within the RCV region.

• Recommend and execute corrective measures when performance metrics fall short, including strategies for resource reallocation.


⛳️ Requirements

• PhD or Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Medicine, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of cross-functional experience (marketing, market access, medicine, sales, etc.) with a strong awareness of the local market.

• Leadership experience is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead collaboratively.

• Strong cross-functional business acumen.

• In-depth understanding of customer needs and brand planning.

• Capability for strategic development.

• Proficiency in both oral and written English.
