This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the daily operations that ensure Chomps is represented accurately and consistently across retailer websites and digital platforms.
• Aid in the setup and maintenance of product content on retailer and content syndication platforms.
• Input and revise product details, including titles, descriptions, attributes, specifications, and digital assets.
• Organize product data and supporting documentation to guarantee that retailer submissions are thorough and precise.
• Perform regular audits of retailer product pages to pinpoint missing, outdated, or inconsistent content.
• Record issues, direct follow-ups to the relevant partners, and monitor updates until completion.
• Assist with content refreshes associated with new products, packaging modifications, assortment updates, and retailer requirements.
• Help with ongoing reporting, trackers, status updates, and project documentation.
• Maintain orderly files and reference materials.
• Keep track of deadlines and communicate progress, risks, or inquiries to the Omnichannel Marketing team.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Creative, and other partners.
• Engage in team meetings and support follow-up actions across various workstreams.
• Offer suggestions to enhance workflows, data accuracy, and process efficiency.
• Develop foundational knowledge in omnichannel marketing, digital shelf management, and retailer support.
• Learn and utilize new platforms, tools, and processes with guidance from the team.
• Incorporate feedback and lessons learned into future tasks.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, sales, business, or a related field.
• Interested in retail, e-commerce, product content, digital operations, or customer-experience support behind the scenes.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable handling product information, spreadsheets, trackers, and established processes.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks, asking insightful questions, and following through on commitments.
• Proactive, resourceful, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies and processes.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and exposure to AI tools is preferred.
• Experience in marketing internships, leadership in school organizations, retail, or sales is a plus.
• Familiarity with content syndication platforms such as Syndigo, RIVIR, or 1WorldSync is advantageous, but not mandatory.
