📋 Description

• Design and implement Home Office programs and incentives, including campaigns, utilizing email, social media, website content, and marketing materials.

• Collaborate across various internal teams to ensure messaging aligns with business goals and brand guidelines.

• Oversee and execute integrated program campaigns from initial concept to final delivery.

• Uphold and maintain brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all communication platforms.

• Organize internal communications to support organizational objectives and enhance employee engagement.

• Track campaign performance metrics and provide insights to improve future communications strategies and Rep Performance.

• Support Rep education, event marketing, product launches, and corporate announcements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Candidates must currently reside in one of the following states: TX, LA, MS, AL, FL, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, TN, AR, OK, KS, MO, KY, OH, IN, MI, WI, IA, ND, SD, MT, WY, AZ, or UT.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or a similar capacity.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media management tools).

• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO principles.

• Capability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
