Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume complete responsibility for marketing and develop it from scratch.

• Collaborate closely with the executive team, Product Management, and Sales departments.

• Independently create marketing content and report directly to the Managing Director.

• Establish Insurgo’s positioning and fundamental messaging.

• Grasp the daily operations of insurance brokers and translate that into market-focused language.

• Write website content, landing pages, case studies, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts independently.

• Enhance Insurgo’s visibility on Google and in AI platforms like ChatGPT and Claude.

• Broaden the inbound channel to generate qualified sales leads.

• Articulate the value of the software and the subscriptions it replaces for brokerage firms.

• Prioritize value-driven messaging over discounts.

• Brief and oversee agencies and freelancers, ensuring accountability for results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or with another intricate, consultative product.

• Proven experience in developing market positioning.

• Excellent proficiency in German at a native-speaker level.

• Understanding of SEO and content marketing, along with strategies to enhance content discoverability in AI systems.

• Self-organized, results-driven approach coupled with a strong hands-on mentality.

• Experience in managing agencies or freelancers.

• Background in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus.

• Residing in Germany.

• Valid work authorization.

• Willingness to submit a self-authored work sample and respond to a website analysis question.
