Regional Marketing Manager – Bioprocess, NorthEast & Canada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement regional demand generation strategies for the Northeastern and Canadian North American regions.

• Foster the growth of qualified pipeline, achieve funnel addition goals, and meet commercial targets.

• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to pinpoint target accounts and identify growth potential.

• Develop quarterly activation strategies and align marketing expenditures with business objectives.

• Oversee customer engagement initiatives and events, including strategy formulation, coordination, stakeholder alignment, execution, and follow-up.

• Work in partnership with Regional Marketing, Product Management, and Content Marketing to deliver integrated campaigns and effective product positioning.

• Assess and enhance marketing effectiveness through lead management, funnel analysis, market intelligence, CRM engagement, and Danaher Business System tools.

• Report directly to the Director of Regional Marketing Bioprocess Americas within Cytiva's Global Marketing Organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related Life Sciences Field.

• At least five (5) years of experience in the Marketing field.

• Experience in managing marketing projects such as content creation, campaigns, or events.

• Understanding of the marketing funnel through to the sales process.

• Strong skills in leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management.

• Demonstrated ability to initiate and manage projects in a matrixed organization.

• Willingness to travel up to 40% within the US and Canada, and internationally outside of US Geography.

• A valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.

• Capacity to lift, move, or carry equipment weighing up to 50lbs.
