This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete marketing performance for the North America region.

• Convert market priorities, service strengths, and commercial opportunities into targeted marketing plans that deliver measurable ROI.

• Monitor the performance of campaigns, channels, sales, pipelines, and revenue.

• Enhance investment, boost conversion rates, and facilitate revenue growth.

• Design and implement integrated campaigns, covering strategy, messaging, launch, optimization, and reporting.

• Collaborate with Web & Data engineers, Demand Generation, and Brand teams to cultivate a qualified pipeline.

• Plan, budget, and manage North America tradeshows, events, and webinars.

• Identify relevant event opportunities and secure speaking engagements.

• Oversee regional webinar execution, including promotion, registration, follow-up, and evaluation.

• Work closely with commercial, technical, global marketing, sales, and internal business teams.

• Create positioning, go-to-market strategies, content, campaigns, and sales-support materials.

• Report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of marketing experience with a focus on managing campaigns, events, ABM programs, and/or regional marketing strategies.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee regional strategy, budget, and execution while implementing programs that enhance pipeline, revenue, and ROI.

• Strong skills in stakeholder relationship management.

• Capability to collaborate with sales leadership, global and local marketing teams, and internal business stakeholders.

• Exceptional project management abilities.

• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A deep understanding of marketing principles, along with innovative and practical ideas.

• Self-motivated mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively.

• Native English speaker.

• Experience with technical B2B services is advantageous.

• Experience in the Testing, Inspection & Certification industry is especially beneficial.

• Familiarity with generative AI tools for research, drafting, content creation, and optimization.
