This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the marketing strategy and implementation for beqom’s expanding US market.

• Generate measurable marketing pipeline results across North America.

• Develop a quarterly schedule of effective regional initiatives.

• Create and expedite enterprise opportunities in collaboration with Sales and BDRs.

• Increase partner-attributed pipeline.

• Establish a consistent stream of customer narratives, advocates, and references.

• Construct and execute the North American marketing strategy in alignment with regional pipeline objectives.

• Oversee trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and targeted ABM campaigns.

• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for US enterprise clientele.

• Work with the US PR agency to harness media opportunities, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness, pipeline contributions, and return on investment.

• Collaborate on joint campaigns, webinars, and event activations with strategic partners such as Mercer, WTW, ADP, and Microsoft.

• Foster partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline growth.

• Optimize MDF opportunities and co-marketing investments.

• Develop scalable campaign kits for partner engagement.

• Lead the North American Customer Advisory Board.

• Cultivate a network of customer advocates.

• Produce case studies, videos, reviews, and event speakers showcasing customer success.

• Establish a customer champions program.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in field, regional, partner, or customer marketing within the enterprise B2B SaaS sector.

• Proven history of owning or directly contributing to regional pipeline objectives.

• Strong background in close collaboration with Sales and BDR teams.

• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise events, executive programs, webinars, and ABM campaigns.

• Experience in partner marketing, customer advocacy, or both is essential.

• Proficient in utilizing data to assess pipeline, campaign ROI, and overall marketing performance.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Proactive, hands-on mindset and capability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with HR Tech, HCM, compensation, payroll, FinTech, or another complex enterprise software domain is highly advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within North America.
