
Regional Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership and implement the marketing strategy and plan for North America to meet regional pipeline objectives.
• Generate quantifiable marketing pipeline results for North America.
• Develop a quarterly schedule of effective regional initiatives.
• Oversee trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and targeted account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Collaborate with Sales and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to create, advance, and expedite enterprise opportunities.
• Tailor global campaigns and messaging for enterprise buyers in the US.
• Work in conjunction with the US PR agency on media opportunities, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution, and return on investment (ROI).
• Create joint campaigns, webinars, and event activations with key partners such as Mercer, WTW, ADP, and Microsoft.
• Foster pipeline generated and influenced by partners.
• Optimize marketing development fund (MDF) opportunities and co-marketing investments.
• Develop scalable campaign kits for partner engagement.
• Lead the North American Customer Advisory Board.
• Establish a network of customer advocates and a customer champions program.
• Produce case studies, videos, reviews, and opportunities for event speakers based on customer success.
• At least 6 years of experience in field, regional, partner, or customer marketing in the enterprise B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of owning or significantly contributing to regional pipeline objectives.
• Strong experience in close collaboration with Sales and BDR teams.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise events, executive programs, webinars, and ABM campaigns.
• Background in partner marketing, customer advocacy, or both.
• Proficient in using data to assess pipeline, campaign ROI, and overall marketing performance.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in HR Tech, HCM, compensation, payroll, FinTech, or other complex enterprise software categories is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% within North America.
