This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the marketing strategy and implementation for beqom’s expanding operations in the US.

• Drive measurable marketing pipeline for North America.

• Develop a quarterly schedule of high-impact regional programs.

• Create and expedite enterprise opportunities in collaboration with Sales and BDRs.

• Generate partner-attributed pipeline.

• Establish a consistent flow of customer stories, advocates, and references.

• Construct and execute the North American marketing plan aligned with regional pipeline objectives.

• Lead trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and focused ABM campaigns.

• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for US enterprise clients.

• Coordinate with the US PR agency on media opportunities, podcasts, and speaking engagements.

• Monitor campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

• Develop joint campaigns, webinars, and event activations with strategic partners such as Mercer, WTW, ADP, and Microsoft.

• Encourage partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.

• Optimize MDF opportunities and co-marketing investments.

• Create scalable campaign kits for partner activation.

• Oversee the North American Customer Advisory Board.

• Cultivate a network of customer advocates.

• Produce case studies, videos, reviews, and event speakers based on customer success.

• Establish a customer champions program to enhance peer advocacy and generate commercial opportunities.


⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in field, regional, partner, or customer marketing within the enterprise B2B SaaS sector.

• Proven history of owning or directly contributing to regional pipeline goals.

• Strong experience collaborating closely with Sales and BDR teams.

• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise events, executive programs, webinars, and ABM campaigns.

• Experience in partner marketing, customer advocacy, or both.

• Confidence in utilizing data to assess pipeline, campaign ROI, and marketing performance.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in HR Tech, HCM, compensation, payroll, FinTech, or another complex enterprise software category is a significant advantage.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% across North America.
