This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance commercial opportunities in rare NF1-PNs and cultivate relationships with thought leaders.
• Develop impactful customer experiences that support education and therapeutic considerations for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Collaborate across departments including Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance.
• Design customer engagement strategies, oversee peer-to-peer initiatives, and manage regional marketing activities.
• Coordinate congress participation and sponsorships, generate actionable insights, predict market trends, and gather competitive intelligence.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Key Thought Leaders, advocating and fostering connections with emerging leaders.
• Manage partnerships with academic institutions, professional associations, congress committees, and pathway committee members.
• Identify, develop, and execute regional KTL engagement strategies for OGSIVEO and forthcoming NF1-PN brands.
• Represent SpringWorks and the brand to KTLs and Medical Experts, liaising with the Executive team at key congresses such as ASCO and CTOS.
• Maintain lists of KTLs and stakeholders, along with engagement strategies and action plans.
• Implement and assess national and regional congress strategies.
• Create innovative Peer-to-Peer KTL programming and manage relationships with agencies.
• Monitor regional market trends and revise engagement plans accordingly.
• Identify thought leaders for speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences, and training sessions.
• Cultivate relationships across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
• Contribute to brand planning and lead or assist in the execution of advisory boards.
• Identify and recruit speakers, oversee speaker training, and coordinate program execution.
• Develop KPI measurements aligned with national and local objectives.
• Ensure promotional tactics adhere to applicable laws, regulations, procedures, and branding guidelines.
• Create speaker decks, advisory board presentations, and KTL resources.
• Manage and reconcile event/activity budgets and expenditures.
• Direct annual national and regional congress planning, execution, measurement, and reporting.
• Oversee annual Peer-to-Peer planning, execution, measurement, and reporting.
• Lead quarterly and on-demand brand insights generation and reporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• BA/BS degree is mandatory.
• Minimum of 9 years of proven experience in brand marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare sector, or 7+ years with an advanced degree (preferred).
• Demonstrated success in building relationships with external stakeholders and deriving business-relevant insights.
• Experience in Direct Thought Leader Engagement.
• Familiarity with Veeva Vault and PromoMats is preferred.
• Knowledge of the US Oncology landscape, including Community Oncology, Academic Oncology, GPOs, payer landscape, and Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders.
• Experience across promotional channels including P2P, Personal, Non-Personal, and Patient Marketing.
• Proven understanding of the US regulatory environment and experience navigating MLR review processes.
• Ability to influence both internal and external audiences while supporting strategic initiatives.
• Strong scientific knowledge.
• Capability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, and manage multiple projects at once.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with effective presentation abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of commercial business aspects and cross-functional strategic alignment.
• Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical operating guidelines.
• Skills in project and vendor management, including budget management, planning, prioritization, objective setting, and logistics execution.
• Experience in expense budget planning, tracking, and ROI measurement.
• Leadership capabilities and the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and personal integrity.
• Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.
