This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute regional engagement strategies with disease-state Key Thought Leaders for OGSIVEO and prospective NF1-PN brands.

• Gather market and stakeholder insights to guide brand strategy and positioning.

• Represent SpringWorks and the brand in interactions with Key Thought Leaders and Medical Experts.

• Act as a liaison for the Executive team at key congresses such as ASCO and CTOS.

• Develop and maintain lists of KTLs and stakeholders, along with engagement strategies and action plans.

• Activate thought leaders to connect with community peers in oncology clinics.

• Execute and assess national and regional congress strategies.

• Organize, recruit, and facilitate KTL meetings and discussions.

• Identify and implement Peer-to-Peer programming while managing P2P agency relationships.

• Monitor regional market developments and adjust engagement plans accordingly.

• Identify thought leaders for promotional speaker programs, advisory boards, conferences, and training sessions.

• Cultivate relationships with Sales, TBM, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other departments.

• Contribute to brand planning, and lead or assist in the design, recruitment, and execution of advisory boards.

• Identify and recruit speakers, leading speaker training and program execution.

• Develop KPI measurements aligned with national and local plans.

• Ensure promotional strategies adhere to relevant laws, regulations, procedures, and branding guidelines.

• Create speaker decks, advisory board presentations, and KTL resources.

• Manage and reconcile activity and event budgets.

• Oversee annual national and regional congress planning, execution, measurement, reporting, and KTL insights.

• Direct annual P2P planning, execution, measurement, reporting, speaker utilization, and monthly/quarterly updates.

• Lead quarterly and on-demand brand insights generation and KTL insight reporting.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Over 9 years of demonstrated experience in brand marketing and sales within the pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry (or 7+ years with an advanced degree; preferred).

• Proven ability to build relationships with external stakeholders and derive business-relevant insights.

• Direct experience in Thought Leader Engagement.

• Knowledge of the US Oncology landscape, which includes Community Oncology, Academic Oncology, GPOs, payer landscape, and Specialty Pharmacy stakeholders.

• Experience in various marketing channels including P2P, Personal, Non-Personal, and Patient Marketing.

• Successful history of understanding the US regulatory environment and navigating MLR review processes.

• Strong scientific knowledge.

• Capability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects at once.

• High proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills; adept at simplifying complex information into clear messages and delivering impactful presentations.

• Strong understanding of commercial business aspects and the importance of cross-functional strategic alignment.

• Expert knowledge of pharmaceutical operating guidelines.

• Proven skills in project and vendor management, including budget oversight, planning, prioritization, objective setting, and logistical execution.

• Expertise in expense budget planning, tracking, and ROI measurement.

• Results-driven with leadership and influencing capabilities.

• Willingness and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High ethical standards and personal integrity.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time, including weekends and overnight programs for conferences.

• Must reside in the Eastern US.
