Regional Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Supervise the communities within the designated region

• Report directly to the Director of Marketing

• Perform site visits

• Complete weekly and quarterly reporting tasks

• Walk through communities

• Create and implement new processes

• Manage leads effectively

• Foster census growth through the organization's vision, mission, and growth initiatives

• Travel up to 50%, including overnight trips as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for working with seniors

• A flexible, fun, and energetic demeanor

• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field is required

• A minimum of two years of direct sales experience in the Senior Living sector

• Extensive knowledge and experience in all facets of sales & marketing, including lead generation and conversion

• Demonstrated success in forming strategic partnerships is necessary

• Evidence of a local referral network to generate referrals

• Must be able and willing to travel, including overnight stays

• Strong commitment to team-oriented results

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

• Professional appearance and conduct

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
