This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Direct and execute marketing initiatives aimed at residential builders and showroom audiences, encompassing content creation, social media engagement, print materials, email marketing, and customer events.
• Create marketing strategies tailored to assigned regions, concentrating on growth among existing customers and attracting new clientele.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional leadership and suppliers to support business plans and sales growth strategies.
• Design marketing programs and sales promotions that encourage customer retention and expansion.
• Execute product promotions and campaigns utilizing digital and print sales enablement materials, social media, email marketing, and online content.
• Collaborate with internal strategists to create print materials and sales collateral, social media content, digital signage, web content, email campaigns, promotional merchandise, and direct mail.
• Develop customer partnerships through innovative technologies, value-added services, and digital offerings with third-party vendors.
• Analyze, evaluate, and report on the outcomes of promotional activities against key metrics and resource efficiency.
• Design and modify marketing plans to adapt to evolving market conditions and trends.
• Utilize vendor-provided marketing funds for promotional programs and enhance customer engagement.
• Communicate internally with sales teams about customer marketing initiatives and available resources.
• Work collaboratively with operations and sales teams to identify tools, training materials, in-store collateral, and opportunities for customer engagement.
• Uphold corporate identity, brand, and design standards while enhancing Ferguson's brand recognition and visibility.
• Prepare and deliver marketing reviews for assigned regions, and assist in marketing team and business meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience in channel marketing.
• 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the trade industry, or associated experience in HVAC, plumbing, or residential construction.
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Highly organized with the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a strong focus on detail and timely delivery.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.
