Regional Marketer Liaison

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold written policies and procedures that govern the release of information regarding residents, employees, and/or the facility, in alignment with current Privacy Rules and Regulations.

• Support the Administrator and department heads in the formulation and implementation of marketing and public relations policies and procedures.

• Foster relationships within and across departments to strengthen each staff member’s contribution to marketing and public relations initiatives.

• Design, organize, implement, assess, educate, and oversee the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities.

• Sustain and enhance the facility’s census by disseminating information about its programs, services, and practices to the community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing or public relations, ideally within a healthcare environment.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

• Extended use of a desktop or laptop computer.

• Regular use of office equipment including copier/scanner/fax, telephone, and calculator.
